How long do I earn commission for a customer?
For as long as the customer keeps paying. Both programs pay lifetime recurring commission on the subscription, not a one-time bounty.
Who bills the customer?
Whautomate bills the customer and runs the platform and payments. Customers belong to Whautomate and partners sell under the Whautomate brand.
Do partners sell under their own brand?
No. Affiliates and partners sell Whautomate under the Whautomate brand, and partners stay the customer's local point of contact for onboarding, training and support.
