Do you support virtual sessions?
Yes. Configure services as virtual and connect Zoom or Google Meet - the meeting link is automatically included in confirmations and reminders.
Can clients see my appointments in their own calendar?
Yes - Whautomate publishes a one-way calendar feed clients can subscribe to from Google, Outlook, or iPhone. It is one-way (push) only; we do not do two-way sync.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Stripe, Razorpay, MyFatoorah, PayTabs, and Thawani Pay are all supported, so you can take payments in most major regions.
Can I keep client conversations private?
Yes. Each client has their own conversation thread inside the omnichannel inbox, with agent assignment so only authorised team members see specific clients.
Do clients need to install anything?
No. They book through a web link or WhatsApp Flow and receive everything inside WhatsApp.
