Who is the Partner Program for?

How does tier-based commission work?
Your commission rate steps up through Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers as the monthly recurring revenue from your active customers grows. Your tier rate applies to all of that revenue, and tiers are reviewed regularly.
What does a partner handle and what does Whautomate handle?
Partners find, demo, close, onboard and give first-line support to their customers. Whautomate runs the platform, billing and payments, handles deep technical escalations and ships product updates.
Can I charge my own onboarding and service fees?
Yes. Partners keep the full onboarding fee and any extra services they sell, such as chatbot setup, campaign management, booking page setup and staff training.
Do I get a demo account?
Yes. Approved partners get a free, fully featured Whautomate demo environment to run customer demos and practise setups.
How do I protect my deals?
Register each deal in the partner portal. The first partner to register a deal owns it for a protected period.
Can I become an exclusive partner for my region?
Yes. Exclusive regional partners are our only appointed partner in their country or language region, tied to agreed revenue targets. Talk to us to discuss your territory.
Who owns and bills the customer?
Whautomate bills the customer and the customer account belongs to Whautomate. You sell under the Whautomate brand and stay the customer's local point of contact for onboarding, training and first-line support.
Do I need deep technical skills?
No. Training covers the product, demos and day-to-day support, and our team handles deep technical escalations. Partners who already set up chatbots, CRMs or marketing tools ramp up fastest.
Can I sell in my local currency and language?
Customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and India see local pricing, and US dollar pricing applies elsewhere. The app is available in English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese and Malay, and you support customers in your own language.
What happens if I stop selling for a while?
You keep your customers and keep earning on them. Partners who become inactive move to the affiliate rate until they are active again.
