Set each plan up to match how you sell, whether that is a membership, a session package or a product delivered on repeat, and an invoice is generated automatically every time a customer is billed.

Credits for appointments and classes

Give clients credits for appointments or classes when they subscribe, so you can charge for a session package as part of a plan and allocate a set number of sessions to each client.

Recurring plans suit any business where customers come back on a schedule: a gym membership, a monthly therapy package, a tutoring term or a regular refill of a consumable product. Instead of billing each visit separately, you define the plan once and let the billing cycle do the work.

Start with the plan itself: its price, whether it is one-time or recurring, and the interval. Then decide what the client receives. For service businesses this is usually a number of credits, for example 10 class credits each month, that clients spend when they book through class and group event bookings or appointment scheduling. Adding an expiry date encourages clients to use their sessions within the period.

Next, choose how clients pay. With Stripe you can store a card and charge it automatically on each billing date. Alternatively, each cycle can produce an invoice and payment request through Stripe, Razorpay or MyFatoorah, tracked alongside your other invoices and payments.

Finally, share the plan link on your website, in a chat or on social media so clients can sign up themselves. Your team can still assign, pause or cancel a subscription from the admin dashboard when a client asks in person.
