Who can join the Affiliate Program?

Anyone who can recommend Whautomate to businesses: creators, consultants, coaches, communities, newsletter writers and existing customers. Sign-up is self-serve once registration opens.

Do I need to sell or support customers?

No. You share your link or code and our team runs the demo, sale, onboarding and support.

How are referrals tracked?

Each affiliate gets a personal referral link and code. A business that signs up through your link, or uses your code, is credited to you.

How long do I earn for a referral?

Commission is lifetime recurring: you earn every month the customer keeps paying for their subscription.

How and when are commissions paid?

Commission is released once the customer has been paying for an initial qualifying period, then paid out monthly. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the related commission. Full terms are shared at sign-up.

Do I need to be a Whautomate customer to join?

No. You do not need an account or any technical background. If you can introduce businesses that need a better way to handle chats, bookings or payments, you can be an affiliate.

Which businesses can I refer, and from which countries?

Businesses anywhere that talk to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, TikTok or live chat, especially appointment, class, membership and retail businesses. Customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and India see local pricing; everyone else pays in US dollars.

What helps a referral convert?

Every new account gets a free trial with all modules unlocked and no credit card, and our team offers a live demo. Point businesses to the specific problem it solves for them, such as WhatsApp bookings, reminders or a shared inbox.

Do I earn more if my referral upgrades?

Yes. Commission is based on the subscription payments received, so when a customer adds modules, users or add-ons, your commission grows with it. Taxes, Meta messaging fees and one-time fees are not included.

Can I become a partner later?

Yes. If you start selling, onboarding and supporting customers yourself, you can apply to the Partner Program for tier-based commission and partner tools.
